Ingredients:
- 3 cups Red Potatoes, diced
- 3/4 tsp Olive Oil
- 3/4 tbsp dried Parsley
- 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, toss your Potatoes with Olive Oil
- Season with Sea Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder, and Parsley, toss until evenly coated
- Transfer Potatoes to the Air Fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and fully cooked
- Once fully cooked, remove from Air Fryer and enjoy! 🙂
