Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Red Potatoes, diced
  • 3/4 tsp Olive Oil
  • 3/4 tbsp dried Parsley
  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss your Potatoes with Olive Oil
  • Season with Sea Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder, and Parsley, toss until evenly coated
  • Transfer Potatoes to the Air Fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and fully cooked
  • Once fully cooked, remove from Air Fryer and enjoy! 🙂
