Banana + Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal – Single Serve

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, plus extra for topping (optional)
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Spray a 2 small oven save dishes with nonstick spray
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mash bananas
  • Add all remaining ingredients and mix until we’ll combined
  • Evenly distributed batter between the two dishes and top with cinnamon (if desired)
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden browned
  • Allow to cool and enjoy! 🙂
