Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, plus extra for topping (optional)
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray a 2 small oven save dishes with nonstick spray
- In a medium mixing bowl, mash bananas
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix until we’ll combined
- Evenly distributed batter between the two dishes and top with cinnamon (if desired)
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden browned
- Allow to cool and enjoy! 🙂
