Ingredients:
- 1 Red Apple
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (I use sugar and dairy free!)
Instructions:
- Slice apple into thin wedges, removing core as you slice
- Arrange apple slices in a ring on a small plate, leaving the center empty
- Microwave 1 tbsp of peanut butter for 30 seconds (or until melted)
- Add 1 tbsp of peanut butter to the center of the ring off apple slices
- Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the apple slices
- Sprinkle apple slices with coconut and chocolate chips
- Enjoy! π
