Apple Nachos

  • 1 Red Apple
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (I use sugar and dairy free!)


  • Slice apple into thin wedges, removing core as you slice
  • Arrange apple slices in a ring on a small plate, leaving the center empty
  • Microwave 1 tbsp of peanut butter for 30 seconds (or until melted)
  • Add 1 tbsp of peanut butter to the center of the ring off apple slices
  • Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the apple slices
  • Sprinkle apple slices with coconut and chocolate chips
  • Enjoy! πŸ™‚
