Healthy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup Quick Oats, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp PB2

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a bowl, mash bananas
  • Add Oats, Dark Chocolate Chips, and PB2, mix until well combined
  • Spoon tablespoons of mixture onto cookie sheet
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are brown
  • Let cool for about 2 minutes
  • Enjoy! 🙂
