Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless Chicken Breast
- 5 Carrots. peeled and chopped
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 6 cups Low Sodium Chicken Borth
- 1 cup Water
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 1 box (7oz) Tortellini
Instructions
- Add in whole Chicken Breasts, Carrots, Onon, Garlic, Olive Oil, Thyme, and Bay Leaf to crock pot
- Cover with Chicken Broth, Water, Salt, and Peper
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours
- Remove cooked chicken breasts and cut into bite sized pieces
- Place Chicken back in crock pot and add Tortellini
- Cover and cook until noodles are tender, about 5-10 minutes
