
Description: Looking for a healthy alternative to satisfy your French fry craving? These carrot fries will do just the trick! I like to dip them in low-sodium ketchup mixed with hot sauce (don’t knock it til you’ve tried it!), but you could use your favorite condiments!

Ingredients:
- 1 Carrot, peeled and sliced into 1/2” sticks
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 350
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly coated
- Cook for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through, until crispy and ends are dark
