Ingredients:
- 2lb Carrots, peeled and sliced into 4-6in pieces
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Place Carrots into a steamer + steam for 10-12 minutes, until fork tender
- While carrots cook, preheat oven to 400
- Mix together Olive Oil, Brown Sugar, Salt, and Cinnamon in a small bowl to create a paste
- Let the carrots cool, enough to be handled safely. Then, place them on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet
- Rub the brown sugar paste all over carrots
- Bake for 7 minutes
