Ingredients:
- Roughly 3lbs fresh Green Beans*
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Plant Butter
- 1 tap Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Place Water in instant pot
- Add steamer basket to pot and fill with green beans
- Place lid on the pressure cooker and seal
- Pressure cook on HIGH for one minute
- Manually release pressure and carefully transfer green beans to a bowl
- While the beans are still hot, add remaining ingredients. Toss to combine, until evenly coated
- Enjoy! 🙂
Notes:
- I used bagged fresh green beans to cut down on prep time. If you wish to get non-bagged green beans, make sure you remove the ends and wash before cooking!
