Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Fresh Green Beans
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Panko Bread Crumbs (I like the chunkier ones)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Remove ends of green beans and discard; placing green beans in a colander
- Rinse green beans
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat
- Spread the mixture on a large rimmed baking sheet
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, until bread crumbs and parmesan are golden brown. Stirring halfway.
