Parmesan Roasted Green Beans

Description: Tasty fresh green beans with crispy mixture of panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. They make the perfect side to any meal or a great snack on their own!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds Fresh Green Beans
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Panko Bread Crumbs (I like the chunkier ones)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Remove ends of green beans and discard; placing green beans in a colander
  3. Rinse green beans
  4. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat
  5. Spread the mixture on a large rimmed baking sheet
  6. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until bread crumbs and parmesan are golden brown. Stirring halfway.
