Ingredients:
- 1.5 Heads Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp Plant Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 tbsp Parsley
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
Instructions:
- Chop Cauliflower into florets, place in a large mixing bowl, and set aside
- Combine butter, Olive Oil, and Buffalo Sauce. Mix until thoroughly combined
- Pour Buffalo Sauce Mixture over the cauliflower, toss until evenly coated
- In a separate bowl, whisk Flour, Parsley, Garlic Powder, and Seasoning Salt
- Slowly sprinkle the Flour mixture over the Cauliflower. Gently mix until evenly coated
- Transfer half of the Cauliflower to the Air Fryer
- Air Fry at 350 for 15 minutes, shaking 2-3 times throughout the cooking process
- Remove the Cauliflower from the Air Fryer, set aside
- Repeat the same process with the remaining Cauliflower
