Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp dried minced Onion
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cups low-sodium Beef Broth
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 2 cups Green Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
Instructions:
- In Instant Pot, brown Ground Beef on “Saute” with Garlic and Onion
- Drain and return to the pot
- Add all remaining ingredients
- Cook on the “Soup” setting with high pressure for 15 minutes
- Allow to naturally release for 15 minutes. Then, quick release
- Enjoy! 🙂
